Imagine walking into a classroom filled with bright, curious faces, but feeling lost under the weight of expectations. That's the reality for many new elementary teachers.
The New Elementary Teachers (NET) Alliance is here to change that. We're a passionate group – Sherry Sweet, Michelle Lillie, Aidee Batarse, and Sharon Amador – who understand the challenges new educators face. With decades of combined experience, we're on a mission to empower you, not overwhelm you.
Through NET Alliance, you'll gain:
Mentorship: Get matched with a seasoned educator who's been in your shoes and can answer your questions and offer guidance.

A supportive community: Connect with fellow new teachers, celebrate successes, and share the ups and downs – because you're not alone.
NET Alliance isn't just about surviving your first year. It's about thriving. We believe in your potential and want to equip you with the tools and support to become an amazing educator.
